How Rallyday Partners Captures
and Compounds Every Conversation with Arvo

"Rallyday Partners runs on conversations. Before Arvo, too much of that information was either lost or captured inconsistently. Now, every interaction is captured seamlessly, allowing our team to stay fully present while turning conversations into institutional memory that’s increasingly critical in an AI world."

A Conversation-Driven Firm

Rallyday Partners is a mid-market private equity firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Like the rest of the PE industry, Rallyday runs on conversations: sourcing calls, management diligence, expert sessions, customer references, portfolio reviews, and internal investment committee debates.

For years, turning those conversations into something the firm could act on was a manual and inconsistent process. Investors took notes during calls, reconstructed them afterward, and pushed relevant information into their CRM when time allowed. Off-the-shelf AI note-takers were considered and ultimately ruled out - none met the compliance bar required of a Registered Investment Advisor.

Discovering Arvo

Padraic McConville, Partner at Rallyday, discovered Arvo at the end of 2025 and recognized a fundamentally different approach: an AI meeting assistant purpose-built for the workflow and compliance posture of an investment firm.

Arvo’s controls - across archiving, retention, discoverability, and access - were designed to meet institutional standards, allowing Rallyday to deploy the platform without the carve-outs and exceptions that had blocked prior tools. At the same time, Arvo delivered structured, investor-quality notes, integrated seamlessly with the firm’s technology stack, and reflected how private equity professionals actually work.

"We had looked at other tools, but there was always a trade-off between usability and compliance. Arvo was the first solution that met both standards without compromise.”

- Padraic McConville, Partner

Arvo went live across the firm in January 2026. Sourcing calls, diligence calls, management presentations, expert calls, customer references, and portfolio updates are now captured automatically. Notes are structured the way an investor would write them, with financial detail preserved with precision and outputs ready to be immediately shared, logged, and acted upon.

CRM as a System of Record

The Arvo team built a bespoke CRM integration for Rallyday, ensuring that every meeting is logged in the firm’s CRM against the correct opportunity, account, and contact records. Arvo has significantly streamlined the CRM logging process, leading to a meaningful increase in CRM usage across the team.

Pipeline reviews now reference the actual substance of conversations rather than whatever someone remembered to log. Sourcing patterns are visible across the firm, and portfolio updates retain the same depth and context months later as they did when first captured.

The Foundation of Rallyday’s AI Stack

Rallyday is in the midst of building a broader AI infrastructure, and Arvo has become a critical input to that system. The firm has developed a centralized intelligence layer - a single pane of glass where the team can digest and view all key information related to prospects, portfolio companies, and the industries they care about. Arvo notes are automatically ingested into this environment alongside other data sources, making every conversation immediately findable and accessible within the firm's larger tool stack. The conversational intelligence Arvo captures is an important input to industry and company research.

As firms increasingly incorporate AI into their investment processes, the quality and completeness of underlying data become a critical constraint. By capturing and structuring every conversation, Rallyday is building a differentiated data asset that compounds over time and enables more advanced AI applications.

"We think about Arvo as a powerful note-taking tool, and also as a foundation for how we’ll leverage AI going forward. It’s helping us build proprietary institutional memory that didn’t exist before and is an important piece of our broader AI workflows.”

Results

Since January 2026, Arvo has captured 732 meetings across Rallyday's team, reclaiming approximately 430 hours of note-taking time. More importantly, those hours represent time investors can now spend fully engaged in conversations rather than documenting them.

Rallyday’s CRM has become the system of record the firm intended it to be, and Arvo is now an integral part of how the investment team operates. The partnership continues to deepen as Arvo becomes further embedded in the firm’s workflows.
